I went there a couple of weeks ago because of the good ratings. I did not have a good experience. I went there in late afternoon. Not one customer there. The cook said it will be @ 15 minutes. I waited 45+ minutes. Turns out she was working on a take out for someone who called in. Another couple came in after me. I had smothered pork chops( I know it does not take 45 mins or even 30 mins.) mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. Every thing was WAY TOO SALTY. I will not go there again.

Nice place, real nice folks. I had the fried chicken dinner, with mashed potatoes and fried corn. The portions were good - I was full before I'd eaten it all , the seasonings excellent.
I ordered a side of fried tilapia - have searched all over this valley for good fried fish.
I absolutely intend to go back to try the meatloaf and the fried ribs, oh! and the peach cobbler!

They cook the food fresh and too order so it takes a little bit but it's well worth the wait . the people are so wonderful and friendly. Husband says it's the place to go when your wife won't or can't cook for you needless to say we eat here a lot lmao . go and enjoy the wonderful food and people you won't be disappointed.
