If possible i wouldn't even give them 1 star!! They leave customers cars with key in ignition switch on. We were waiting for over an hour for our car and no one ever came to tell us that our car had died at the vaccum. Which they didn't even vacuum or cleaned the inside!!! When my husband went to ask thwy tried to up sell and neglected to tell him the car would not start. When he turned down the extra charges they told him oh well your car won't start! The man in charge John became very rude, unprofessional and out right confrontational. I asked him to step away from our vehicle and my husband as we have called our AAA since they didn't have the right equipment to start the car and he cursed at me as said this was his property and he will do what he wants. I asked him if this is how the disrepected all veterans and he just walked away!
