Something has to be done about outrageous water bills I was gone for a month and my bill was $70 a month the most expensive bill I get more than electricity more than gas more than TV more than internet the most expensive bill I get even though I didn't use any water at all
This is Criminal and should be treated as such if I turn the water off to my house they will still charge me $60 a month in surcharges even if I don't have water to my house what the f*** this has become a criminal and any and should be treated as such
